	I am looking for a place where I can open a new art supply store. I need about 1200 square feet in a good and busy location. I can afford about $500 a month in rent and am willing to sign a 1-2 year lease. Can anyone help me?

I agree with AlexiAngelino. In the seattle area $500 wont get you much at all. Have you thought about looking for a partner? And "art supply" is kinda vague. I mean, arts and crafts or paintings and supplies or both or more?
